Veg Frankie/Kati roll

Ingredients :
1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1/2 cabbage, 1 cup of tofu or paneer, 1 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup corn, 1 tbsp - ginger chili garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, schezwan sauce (optional), 2 tbsp - salt, oil, chaat masala, wheat chapatis, coriander chutney, tomato/garlic chutney

Directions :
1. take a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil
2. saute chili garlic ginger paste with chopped onions
3. add chopped green bell pepper, tofu, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, corn
4. let all vegetables to cook for about 7 mins
5. add 1 tbsp of salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder
6. add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce
7. mix well and let it cook for another 3 mins
8. spread wheat chapati with coriander and tomato/garlic chutney
9. place cooked vegetables in middle
10. add cheese and chaat masala on top
11. roll chapati and grill it for 2 mins in preheated griller
12. serve with tomato sauce and chutney
